Very cute, very surprising, very pleasant! I like the difference from the thumbnail to the full size.... the thumbnail obscures that it is an ENORMOUS statue of a badmitton "birdie"... so when you click on it, it is all the more surprising. The orange is pleasant.

This is a funny piece of art. Perhaps a different angle would have focused more on the orange and eliminated the background. You could have also used a larger f stop to bokah the background.

I saw this photo on RangeFinder magazine publish may 2006. Anyway, the orange would have more focus if bokeh the background as pursand said.
