I like the clarity and I like the dramatic contrast in colors. For my tastes, the loss of the top of the diamond shape of the sign diminishes the impact, however. I do like the overall placement of the sign in the image however.

The composition and lighting of this image is what detracts from its overall impact. An element to add interest would have helped it other than the shadow.
