I love the purple background. It's perfect for setting off the orange. Nice idea.

imho, the purple is more dominant than the orange, if you cut the purple area the orange looks more dominant.

The purple in the wall stands out more than the orange. It's a good shot but it doesn't scream orange for me.

I like the colors here. Blue and orange on purple is wild. It doesn't seem to have the "orange" impact, though. Anyway, still a nice shot.

Not sure I can quite put my finger on it - but this is great - maybe the contrasting colours ( orange and purple?!) really work ....
