Fire and ice, very good. Fire could be bigger though for more impact.

I think it would be more affective for me if the flame was bigger..(you'd have to shoot really fast though lol) and was reflecting through the ice. Not sure what the ice lbock is..ice cube? But if that was possiable i think that would have made it more interesting.. for me at least

Hey Catastrophic...I took a lot of photos with the flame through the ice, as you suggested, but it was very hard to tell I was using ice, and not just glass of some sort. This way was the best way to show that I was really using ice. I wanted it to be very clear it was ice! Thanks!

I like this one. The ice definitely looks cold with the crystals forming on it. The fire seems very small, though, compared to the ice. They're not very evenly matched. I think it takes away from the impact a little.

I do really like the idea, though. Nice job.

Well, I clearly see the point and how this relates to opposites. So you did a great job there.

I just wish there was more of the flame showing. Maybe if you took this from a top down angle?

In the thumbnail I could not really tell what this was about but at full size it really nails the theme in my opinion. Overall a great shot.
