The photo does not seem to be framed correctly. There is too much brown on the left side. Perhaps it should be cropped?

I like the colors and the texture of the wood, though.

Wouldn't this be 603 halves? I love this take on the theme. Does the rule of thirds apply here? The centering of this composition does bother me a little, I seem to want to see more of the door, not less of the steps, just more of the door.
