Bit of a cliche, but lots of the things I do are cliches, too. So, I can't fault you. Compostion is nice, good technique. Good job.

I do a lot of hiking, so I can really relate to treading on this stuff. I, however, am not a fan of the selective saturation for this shot. I really feel like the B&W is so nice that the blue just pulls the eye too strong.

I've been dogged for selective color before...and I'm fighting to say something about it now...but I just can't...it's too cool....the placement of flower, the sharp detail of the surrounding ground....sigh...good marks.

great composition, but the colour selection takes away from the impact, IMO.
