The arrow really makes it interesting for me...and the fact that it's blurred reminds me that the focus of this is the pavement. Nicely done.

I love the mood of this one. when I clicked on the larger view I was pleasantly surprised to find the arrow, which in the thumbnail looked like it was the focal image, was actually out of focus. i like that

i think the impact would be greater if the arrow was in focus, as it is the most interesting part of the shot anyway.

Feels a little "restricted" in the composition. The strong movement started by the arrow runs into the left edge of frame a little too quick. In my opinion, it needs a little more running room on the left.
