A little careless with the blur tool? The concept is good the execution is just a bit overdone in my opinion.

I find that the narrow depth of field here is very distracting and serves little purpose, otherwise, nice tone.

Makes for a rough walk, if you do much of it... Nice subject, not sure the shallow DoF and extreme angle really does justice to it for this Theme.
