wow, now what is the story behind this?

This certainly looks old. So old in fact, I wonder if the poster is actually the photographer. Did you shoot this and make it look this way in post? Is this a picture of a picture? If this is vintage processing, it's pretty impressive.

If you took this photo yourself, you are probably older than I am. That would be a pleasant surprise for me.

It is probably the case that I will not be the only person who will experience some difficulty in rating this image. Wish I knew more.

If this is a scan of an old image why stop there? Why not scan a fossil or a cave painting? Why did you choose this particular image? How does it relate to you?

I like this alot, and I'm struggling to work out if it's genuine or not. If it's faked, that's a super moustache ;)
