Shooting this at an angle that would allow the viewer to read the text may have given it some relevance.

Well afterwards there are always things the photographer could have made better but I'm glad with the way it turned out this time. Above all it is a german text. I don't think you can read german :-)

There's really no way to judge relevence here... I have no idea what document this is, though I assume it must be old.
