I've always liked this shot - not sure where I've seen it before, be it here or your site. I like the wind-swept hair. It stands as a metaphor for all the harshness of life that does not abate, and becomes harder to deal with as a person gets more frail. The younger man looks enough like her for me to assume that he's her son. It's good that he's there to help her.
