Ooh. Wow. Terrific. The processing works for the theme, though areas are bit overprocessed for my taste. Nonetheless, a great take on the theme. The fact that the eyes can't be seen adds a lot to the image for me.

I love the detail in the hand and nails....fantastic a shame that the highlights are blown out on the left I do find those areas of white a little distracting but the face and hands are fab.

I like how up close this view is, but find the crop a little tight (especially the nose and eye). 5's for relevance and impact!
