I like this photo because I'm still trying to figure out what is going on. The person in the foreground on the right gives a sense of being crowded, but I think winds up occupying too much of the frame. I also think a little wider (to get a little more of the story) would be nice. I hope you tell us what's going on...

A good show of technique in this one with a good exposure. BUT - the relevance in this one didn't hit me - I see the noise, but it's not doing anything for me in this. Also, there is too much foreground distraction for this to really make an impact on me and the horizon line on the building in the background emphasises the camera tilting (a crop could have fixed some of these problems in my opinion)
