I'm not sure if this is "noise" or "blur." I suppose it's some of each. Doesn't say much to me.

Hmmm, I like the noise...but noise doesn't have to mean blurry too and I think there's not enough here for me to focus on...he does seem to look on a mission though, interesting feel!

I love the composition. I'm not entirely sure whether the noise or the blur is central to the image, but all in all it works.
