I like the shot overall, but the noise here is only incidental to the shot. Not only do I not feel it's adding value, I actually think this shot would have been better without it.

This tells a great story. Her look makes me smile. Too bad his mouth is obscured by the mic, but really she's the subject of the image. Can't quite tell what she's thinking. Is she proud of him? Is she wondering what the heck she's doing there? Her position and expression almost seem out of place in the context. Very interesting. Relevance seems off (perhaps it could be stronger?), and composition feels a bit tight.
