An interesting composition, and the dynamic range is quite good. To me relevance could be a bit stronger across the entire image; as it is it's much more visible in the sky than the trees or bridge.

Beautiful photo, maybe a little too much sharpening down there on the bridge (very bottom left edge) but that's just nitpicking. Hmm, but also I see a bit more saturated and blown out color around the middle trees where you were painting a mask perhaps? Be careful... Overall I like it and the icey feel it gives me.

I think this is a very striking image. Excellent treatment.
