I love the colours in this. Unfortunately, I had to award low relevance because the noise actually blends into the pavement, and is only obvious in the single red wall.

I can understand maybe rating down for impact, but relevance?

I actually scored this fairly high for impact... but when I rate relevance I'm looking for the theme to be a central feature of the photo. While this image has some noise... noise is barely a consideration here.

Such garish charm! A wonderful image of a rather horrific building style that is a bit of a plague across the nation. A building built for the moment, not meant to have any real permanenece. The picture is very strking, the colors vivid and beautiful, the use of noise in the image is quite effective! Thanks!
