I don't see a huge amount of noise here - but I like the composition the more I look at it - I think maybe a tad more contrast would work nicely and bring those sunlight highlights out a bit.

I don't see much noise on this to fit the theme. I think it would have made a bigger impact if you moved in a little more to put more focus on the baby's hand.
