The subject was a good idea, especially on a black and white take. The barn's planks, the naked trees have great texture with this noise. However, the way the subjects are set within the frame leaves something to be desired. It could perhaps have taken advantage of a better thought-out framing. Also, the noise in the sky does seem a bit heavy and forced.
Despite that, the impact is quite good, but it fails to send me to a "Woah."

Thanks for your comments, folks. urbangriffin, this shot did become quite noisy when I converted to black and white, but I did add some extra noise to the sky, perhaps too much as you say.
