A perfect symmetry, an irreproachable framing (perhaps square) would have saved in my opinion what is otherwise a rather poor shot. A finer noise/grain (also, blue and white, rather than blue and green) would also have complimented the colours and the quiet reflection of the moon upon the sea.
I'm sorry, but the noise here destroys the photo rather than works for it. :)

Personally the noise here is a distraction rather than addition to the shot ... sorry!

Good reflection, It's impressed me a lot when I see the thumbnail, in full version the noise disturbs me a little, but it's the response this week :D
