i like the image, lighting, and composition, the eyes really draw you in, but i'm not sure about the noise, especially on the neck, looks like a rash (i'm sorry if it is). I think the image would best with either no noise, or more (like a 1600 isp film would produce)

I'm not sure how much the noise enhances this image, but on the whole it is a very remarkable photograph. Her eyes and that gaze just seem to reach out and grab the viewer.
