Although I don't like totally symmetric compositions, this image seems to have strong impact, and the noise surely adds to it.

Gorgeous image, and I have a feeling it'll get featured...BUT, I don't think it deserves above a three for relevance, as the noise really isn't that bad...it's more soft to me. Totally awesome artwork though, and people will put it on the homepage, me thinks. =)

This image was made by scanning a black and white film negative with a scanner setting intended for color negative films (which produced the color) and the grain is the natural film grain. I considered increasing it in photoshop, but decided against it here even though, as tommyblue points out, it's not really that much noise. I think there is enough noise to be relevant to the theme.
Thanks for the comments.

i gave this one a really good rating! but maan, what kind of flower is this? it doesn't have that big center pint or heart or however you call it like the usual ones!

about the noise... good decision about not putting more into it! i guess people think just because the theme's noise, the pictures should be mosaics! i think it's perfect the way it is, and as relevant as it could can be!

Beautiful, almost abstract. The noise in this is delicately understated, and adds to the image.

Excellent shot all around!

Good call on the warm tone for this shot. This is on of those times when centering the subject really works well. Beautiful!

This image is just a basic dandelion gone to seed - nothing special, except it was missing a few "parachutes" which allows you peer into the center of the image.
Thanks for the kind comments.
