firework pictures are... almost always the same - this is no exception. without the buildings this could work better.

jan: I could say the same thing about city skyline shots, or star trail shots, but plenty of them have been featured this week.

In terms of the buildings, for me, that is what makes this shot a bit more interesting. Gives it a bit of context.

But each to his own.

A fireworks shot. This is at night, so it is somewhat relevant. I wish there was more detail visible of the buildings.

I have a feeling most will say that this is an image more about the fireworks then about night but you can't have one without the other. Colorful image.
