beautiful shot, technically, and although it was (seemingly) taken at night, it doesn't give me much of a feeling of night.

There's a bit too much grain and distracting light flare, but otherwise it is a nice scene. Was this taken through a window? If so, try it again outside. That might reduce the light spots.

No, not my pool - unfortunately not :-). This is the summer house of a friend of mine. Very nice place to stay.

This shot was not taken through a window. I hope i will be there soon, so i can try to reduce the lightspots somehow.
