i like this picture and tihs city!

Angling the shot like this is a bold move, and I think it works. For me the composition is let down by the foreground – either crop it out, or bring out some of that detail of the snow-covered plants. The bridge and riverside reflections are nice though.

Hm, I'm not sure I quite get this picture. The horizon is tilted, but I'm not sure why. The foregound isn't totally silhouetted, but there isn't much detail there either, so I'm not what I'm supposed to get from it. And then the bridge and the city across the river aren't terribly sharp.

I think you have lots of interesting elements here and great possibilities for playing with light and shadows. But I don't really get what you were going for with this composition. Sorry!

Looks like a pretty basic night shot, like you might see on dpreview.com when they are testing out a new camera. Not sure what the angled framing does to improve this either. Sorry.

What's the point of the angle? Doesn't do a thing for me.

Why are you making me turn my head to the side? I know it's hard to stand out here sometimes, but giving me a crick in my neck is not helping.

I really dislike having to turn my head to view the image properly. This slanted images feel gimmicky to me, and I think you've ruined an otherwise excellent image.
