This is very nice. The exposure is quite well done. and the length of the exposure creates a nice blur in the water.

I find it a little uninteresting as a photo though. I would love to sit there and enjoy this scene, but as a photo, I wish there was a little something more for my eye to focus on.

Maybe if you tilted down slightly (or cropped), so that the horizon wasn't in the center and instead this photo became about that lovely water?

This picture is calling out for a subject. That's a great sky and beach, but it needs something in the foreground to support.
