Very nice shot...but I wonder if it would have benefited from cropping most of the people out of the foreground?

A favourite subject of mine so I have to give good scores. What was the exposure here? Is this on tripod or on the steps? I guess near MLK engraving.

Thanks for the comments. I really like the motion of the people, I think cropping them out would detract from the image. This was a 10 second exposure at f/4.

I like the composition here. The Washington Monument dead center works. I would like to see some detail in the monument though, so perhaps a little shorter exposure to bring that out.

I get where Craig is coming from in regards to the people in the foreground. You wouldn't need to crop them all out, just the ones closest to the camera. I'd leave in the ones down by the reflecting pond.
