Hmmmm.... ok, I see what you were going for, but it didn't quite pan out. It is extremely noisy, for one thing, and lacks contrast. What was your exposure time, your ISO, and your aperture setting? This might have required a longer exposure at a low ISO, but I'm making assumptions. Good composition, good eye, too bad you didn't land the shot.

Great shot - almost too good to be true!

I really love the atmosphere with the lone light source from the lighthouse. Great image, though the quality seems a bit poor.

The long exposure here, I feel does not communicate the feeling of night to the layman, which I think should be something to keep in mind. It really says dusk to me more than night. Good effort though!

A little too washed out for me, and I think that lighthouse needs some room to glow.

I love this. It's very different from anything else I've rated this week and it's just great. 5's.
