A different choice of angle but one that somehow doesn't work for me. I do like all the lights and the repeating geometry of the windows, but feel there ought to be a strong primary subject. Just one person's opinion :-)

I like the angle, it definitely adds something to the composition. And I like the way the perspective is enhanced by the grid-like window patterns. Personally I would like to see more saturated colours and the image looks a little soft in the details to me.

This is great. I'm not a big fan of tilted shots though, so I'm grading down a little for that. I'm sure a case can be made for doing this on the basis of artistic expression or just to stand out, but I think the picture would have been fine without it.
