Not a bad shot. I'd like to see more of his expression, as it almost looks like he's having a good time, but didn't he trudge across all that sand to get there? A nitpick...but the bit of land on the left keeps dragging my eye over yonder.

I suspect (after playing with a piece of paper to hide part of the picture) that the minimalism of the photo would've been better if you'd crop the little hill from the left side...

George it is actually another dune not land but if it annoys it is rather irrelevant isn't it. I think both you and eszpee have a good point about cropping the dune from the left. Thanks for the comments.
