I see where you're going here. I think you could actually use a little more negative space on the left.

That's a tasty looking shrimp though. Since I'm rating this on my lunch hour, my barbecue sandwich doesn't seem nearly as appetizing right now.

Great macro detail of the shrimp, but overall let down by the composition, mainly the suff in the left foreground. Now if that had been burned in to black…
