Good use of negative space.

I can figure out that this is a tree and some sort of hunting blind on a snow covered hill with a white sky. But the surrounding features are so "whited-out" that it makes the tree etc. just look totally out of context and not really part of any sort of composition. I kept looking to see when this image was going to finish loading in my browser and then realized that it had.

(However, on my monitor at least, the top of the tree branches are just a bit blown out.)

First this would have been excellent in the tree theme but it works very well here too. The negative space gives a nice sense of scale. Makes me wish I was sitting on stand there with a nice hot chocolate watching the wildlife around me waiting for the big buck to show. I can almost feel the crisp cold just typing this.

I've seen this image before. I liked it then and I like it now. Excellent candidate for this theme too!

There's lots of negative space around this, but it feels like it was forced there in post process. That detracts somewhat for me.

Great impact for me - even if it seems slightly blown-out. That's not always a bad thing, though.

for a minute there I thought we were still in the trees theme! I actually think this might have had more impact if it was just the tree...but it is a nice effect.

Nice winter scene. Appears to be in focus. Could use, IMHO, some judicious cropping.

The empty space does not add anything to this image IMO. It's not so much negative space, but just wasted space.
