Yes, a bit. I do like that she is pointing the camera toward something unseen, out of the frame. But I think that effect could be better achieved if she were a larger part of the image. Ergo, if I could see her better and the first thing I notice about the image was a person taking a photograph. As it is, she's so small in the frame it's hard to tell. I can however imagine this image very large (think mural) having a great impact. For instance, if the person was nearly lifesize against an enormous wall of grass. That would be nice.
