Sorry, I'm not crazy about this one. There's too much contrast between in focus and out. The image doesn't quite feel abstract, and doesn't quite make it as a good macro. I would like to have seen this either completely out of focus, or in closer. If you had just cleared that one petal it would have been a great macro. I love poppies.

Those colours are insane. Was this digital or on velia? It looks like slide film. Amazing flowers.

I shot this in my back garden with a Kodak LS443 (digital). The camera has since died, but it did colour really well. I upped the contrast slightly, but that's all.
