Good contribution, although a bit late to get many ratings or comments. I like this type of country scene. My hunch is that some of the perfectionists (not intended as a put down) on WeeklyShot will take issue with a few things such as the blown-out highlights in the upper left. The longer I participate in WeeklyShot, the less bothered I am with those kinds of things, although I value the dialog that may arise.

I really like the contrast of tones and lines in this image. I think the tones in the upper left and right compliment each other well and balance the opposing lines in the bottom of the frame. I have a feeling this one may have been featured if given more time to get rated and comments. Didn't want to let it sneak pass without commenting though.

I think this is an exceptional image and probably would've been featured if it had time to receive enough ratings. Given the high contrast, which I think is spot on, I think the highlights that King noted add a great deal to the image and take nothing away. Nice work.
