yes it is abstract.

Fits the theme very well, except it seems to be two images combined digitally (or in-camera multiple exposure?), which is a perfectly valid technique, but is not consistent with the theme. If I am incorrect about this, I apologize.

Unfortunately you are quite wrong. The only thing changed on this image is the levels, curves and color saturation. It's execution involves a long exposure, and a forest in Autumn.

Again, I apologize about my misinterpretation of this interesting image. I would gladly withdraw and resubmit my comments and rating, but have not been able to find a way to do so.

Hey, no worries. When you do experimental or representational photography you take your chances at how people interrupt it.

Very painting like. Pleasing to look at and well done. The colors make me think fall leaves but I truly don't know for sure which is part of the fun of abstract.

An advancing swarm of ants or locusts? Abstract, yes, and yet I see all kind of forms. I like! I like!

tommyblue said 620 days ago:

Gorgeous.

Funny how you said "interrupt", Roberta. I'm sure you meant interpret, but it has an interesting meaning this way as well. I have felt my creative energy interrupted by others harsh interpretations.

uncommondepth said 619 days ago:

Ha! Yeah, I meant interpret...but interrupt does fit too.
