This is a simple and appealing photo that looks a bit low contrast on this monitor.

Besides enriching the tones a bit, I think that this shot cold be enhanced by one thing, although I'm not completely sure about this. If you were to raise the camera just a few inches, the trees behind the lamp post in the center of the image, would more completely envelop the top of the lamp, so creating better tonal separation there. Raising the camera would also give the base of the palm tree on the right a little more space between it and the railing. It's a bit close.

I'm sitting here trying to decide if I like the perfectly centered pole......I might have liked to see more of what is to either side.

Do you live on a golf course? This is another one that could have easily been taken in my neighborhood.

Had to come back to this one.
Since I first saw it,I have been worried that someone will run across the bridge and bonk their head on that pole!Silly,I know.

Thanks for the comments everyone. This isn't on a golf course but there is one nearby. ;) The time of day was about sunset but overcast so the light was flatter than I would have liked. This lessened the range of highlight/shadow leaving more midtones. I've always liked this little bridge though. :)
