I find it highly irrelevant and more of a snap during a good night out, including the red eye...

to me this is more of a scene from life than a neighborhood shot. I really don't see how this relates to the theme.

This is really bizarre looking. It's hard to tell what's going on, but I'm going to guess he's holding a flashlight, and he's being reflected in a mirror. I suppose if he's a major character in your neighborhood this is relevant, but otherwise, it doesn't seem to fit the theme for me.

Goodness, that guy looks really messed up, scary. I guess you're going for the people in your neighborhood, but this really doesn't work for me.
