The way that the top and bottom of this picture are out of focus makes it feel like those cars have left a hurried moment to pause for a second before getting back into the hurried pace of life. Great shot.

I wish this image was sharp the whole way through. Great colors, and well composed. I wish I could read the signs over the highway and determine what that colored streak was in the sky so I could learn more about the space.

That's unreal....almost like they are toys. High marks for me.

While I am a fan of the tilt-shift effect, I have to say the it's a bit of a stretch for this theme.

another shot in which I can't see the neighborhood, as it's all blurred. this is personal preference, but I don't like this effect aside from the fact it's a cool effect. not sure that makes sense. :)
