LOL, that's pretty literal.

Why the sepia tone?

Not sure if I like it but interesting idea.

I get it and I like the concept. I think you are going to get flattened by the average rater, though.
This has strange lines and crosshatching on it. Did you add that deliberately? The combination of yellowish sepia tones on the latest, high-tech wizardry of Google Street View makes an ironic statement.
I'm giving you high marks because I think you thought this out and attempted to meet all the judging criteria in an original way.

Creative take.

Noticeably absent from this San Francisco photo are the Blue Angels. (sorry just had to take that shot).
This is an original idea, but since you're taking a photo of a photo - on a computer screen no less - I think this just isn't working for me. If that were your photo on the computer screen, I'd be more inclined to rate favorably, but then I'd be faced even more with the "why the sepia tone?" question. I like the idea, but my ratings are falling all over the place on this one.

King, you nailed it; it's my attempt at an ironic comment on the perceived persistence of locus. After all, the boys and girls at Google are going to have to update these photos regularly, no? One day, I'll look back at this photo with a dose of nostalgia; hence the sepia tone.
Alas, the Blue Angels may be absent from all SF photos for a while, kadenjack... although I do have a neat shot of one of their jets screaming over my neighborhood. I'll post it when "Jets and Churches" is the weekly theme ;-)
