That's some neighborhood. I'm guessing this has been submitted by somebody who lives in a cardboard box under the bridge - if not I need to subtract a few points of the relevance scale

I love the composition of the bridge towards the top. The detail is impeccable and the reflections, nicely captured.

Top marks to captain Jim - this is indeed the Museum of Art in Philadelphia, known to many as the place where Rocky ran up the stairs every morning. The water is the Schyukill River.

Zorilla, your comment cracked me up. I don't quite live under the bridge, but I do live within a few hundred feet of where the shot was taken, in a condo building on the banks of the river. Hope that counts ;-)

Thanks for all the other comments. I had submitted another shot from this series for "looking through", but corrected some of the mistakes in that one with this shot.

Very noisy, that's annoying even at this low resolution. I'm guessing high ISO?
Interesting shot otherwise, but nothing outstanding imo.

I believe that I have seen this image before, I prefer the colour and crop in this one better. :-)

Quite a nice nightshot with a nice reflection. The piece of bridge (I guess?) Frames the subject nicely. The only distraction is the noisy sky. Can't have it all..;)
