I don't know what it is about this shot but in my opinion, you've taken an otherwise boring scene and made it interesting and appealing. I think the colors, the textures in the grass and the placement of the van is what does it for me. The sky is a bit blown out but c'mon now, who's sky hasn't been blown out before : )

Looking at it again, I wanted to let you know that I love the play on words with the sign that says "Park" in the background and the van parked in the foreground.

Hmm..ordinary shot. Tells alot about the neighborhood, sparce, walled off factory, grown-over lot. I'm guessing that guy is parked there on his lunch break to take a snooze? there's not much else to do.
