The face near the musician's face is highly distracting. You should have taken your time, this shot would have unfolded itself. The light, the mood, the softness is very good, but the person half-visible near the head of the bass doesn't work. Patience would have rewarded you here. A lower angle (rather than standing height) might have made this more interesting as well...

I can't explain it, but I simply like this simple photo. One can argue technique and composition, but I like it. High marks, on average.
