Love her pose! What a great capture! However the focus missing the subject is distracting, as well as some of the composition elements, like where you cut the lights in frame. All in my humble opinion that is!

Technicaly, a nice shot ! To my humble opinion, I'd prefer to see where the singer goes, instead of crop the frame just in front of her. High marks on Technique and Image Quality.
