Has this had the 'liquify' effect on it? If so, i'm sorry but I think its really degraded the impact of the image for me. I would have rated it higher as the natural shot, which does show the movement of the water well.

Such a great subject, the patterns in the water are just wonderful, especially the one in the lower left. A real shame this isn't better executed. Tough situation I know, but the exposure is all over the place and not good anywhere.
