Running for you, I take it?

this makes me think of that saying 'the quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog'
nice one.

Beamer said 287 days ago:

Something about this motion blur feels faked??? I hope I'm not wrong... The image seems noisy and it feels like the noise increases in the areas immediately around the animal.

Thanks for the comments!

Beamer: There is nothing fake about this shot. It was not a fast shutter speed and the squirrel jump just as I clicked. I think the grass around the squirrel is more in focu, because it was locked in that area. A weird result, I agree.

sorry....meant to say, running FROM you...and yes, great capture. It does look surreal and the fact that you didn't mean to capture it at all makes it much more interesting and rewarding. Good thing I rated it high in the first place.

relevant... very special picture

This sure is movement but, a little too much?...lol

pete said 287 days ago:

certainly movement!

King said 283 days ago:

Fascinating. I don't think this is what it appears to be, and I hope it is what I think it is.

Dave_Mac said 283 days ago:

Pray tell king! :)

King said 282 days ago:

I thought you captured a squirrel in motion, masked the squirrel and overlayed a person's hair, flowing (or brushed) along the direction of the squirrel's motion. I thought that if you did that it would be not only a great idea, but very well executed. It's the kind of thing I might do for fun.

The blur of motion didn't look real, as Beamer suggested.

Real or created, good work!

Ha! I see what you mean King. That would indeed be creative, and difficult. I must admit however, that this is 100% genuine. No modifications made to this critter!
