Very nice. Might have been even better with just a hint of motion blur in the legs.

When I look at this photo, I'm reminded of days returning home from school and running to the front door. I like this shot a lot. My only wish is to see a little more of the youngster. Not the whole body, but high enough to see arms "moving," or to see what he/she is holding. Nonetheless, I think you hit the "motion" nail right on the head. A good example where blur isn't needed to express motion.

I really like this - I like how you have frozen movement. So many people have gone for images which could quite easily be called blurred rather than motion - this is very much motion 'captured' ... one of my favourites here.
