thank you for commenting. the 'abstract' I see isn't fully from the objects, but also the shadows and lines in the 'frames.'
I know it won't do well, because it doesn't fit into what people think of...but that's ok. :)

I'm about to the point where I wish the "Relevance" rating was taken out of this process. I KNOW I get too hung up on it and don't really take the time to evaluate and comment on the photograph itself. This is a perfect case of that. This is a perfectly grand image, but I look at it and start imagining what would this cropping look like and how "Abstract" would that be, etc.
I'm sorry if I didn't spend enough time saying how really good I think this image is (and others today too).
When we did the "In my life" theme, I just gave every image a 5 for relevance and didn't spend any time at all distracted by the question of fitting the brief. In many ways that was a more meaningful experience for both me and the submitters.

the problem is....this site IS about relevance. if it weren't, why have a theme at all? ya know? not that it weighs more importantly, but it IS one of the five things we 'judge' on; hard as it is, sometimes.
don't fret to much about it, aye? it's not that important in the scheme of life.
