this seems all out of focus? not sure what that light is? it's abstract..I'll give you that.

I like that I can't tell what it is but I think I'd like it even more if it were in focus.

I would love to see a cropping that was more focused on the light and the bluish area underneath. The bright bottom is very distracting and really diminishes the abstract nature of the way you shot this. Try a square cropping with none of the bright at the bottom, I believe that would really pop.

It is abstract enough. IMHO, the super-bright (overexposed?) object in the top center competes too much with the bright strip on the bottom. I think maybe just the middle (top to bottom middle that is) 3rd of this image in panoramic format might be a stronger abstract.

Alas, I tried to re-shoot but could not get the same conditions without cars. This is a parking garage; the blue is a color cast in contrast with the neon.

I am getting inspired to take more care with my shooting - even got the tripod out!
