Sydney Opera House? Nice one. I have something similar.

fwcom said 325 days ago:

Yapp, sure it is. Actually, there are some copyright issues about this building ... as far as I remember ...?!

Very nice, indeed. I love the lines and and attention to detail in composition.

JIMJIM said 325 days ago:

really love the first part of the image - really sharp and well done - not sure about the blown out part (woud have cropped but..) - but really nice submission !!

Beamer said 325 days ago:

Now this satisfies the brief for me. An ordinary subject captured in an non-relational way which creates an "Abstract" image. I wish the sky wasn't so blown out.

Oh, my! Vanishing point in the light.

This reminds me of the Opera House in Sydney. It's lacking a bit in impact imo, but it's interesting.

floor tiles? this is a neat composition.

Monika said 324 days ago:

I love the progression of the tiles! Great shot

@flipthorn: thanks again!
@JIMJIM: you're certainly right - I didn't mean to have it blown out that much! I thought cropping would've f***ed it, though!
@Beamer: You consider *that* building ordinary? ;)
@dre: yeah. yeah?
@photografica: and it is. both the opera house in sydney and lacking a bit in impact, maybe.
@Ana: no, unless you consider Sydney's Opera House's walls a floor ... thx, anyway!
@Monika: Thanks a lot!
